Thursday Night Service

Thursday Night – 6:45p – Scottsdale Campus

We’re making more room!
For you.
For your friends and coworkers.
For our city.

For those who work weekends.
And for those whose workweek ends.

For those who travel for sports, leisure, or business.

You want to gather with us,
but sometimes you just can’t.

We have sensed for some time that we needed to make more room.
To open up another service.

We firmly believe that it is better to begin moving in the direction we sense Him moving than to not move at all and watch the opportunity pass by.

We’re sure you probably have some questions.
Check out the Frequently Asked Questions below!

Why Thursday?

We have found that a weekday service makes the most sense for our community. It simply gives room for more people to join us. We want to make room for as many people as possible!

Will we have Saturday night ever again?

We’re not ones to ever say never, but at this point, no.

Will it be different than Sunday?

Yes and no. It is technically the first of all weekend services, so the message will be the same as on Sundays. However, it could look a little different week to week. Remember, this is new for everyone, and we want to make sure we give room to experiment some.

Will Thursday night service happen in Tempe?

Right now, Thursday night service will happen only at the Scottsdale campus.

What should I expect?

Because it’s closer to the end of the day instead of the beginning of your day, we’ll all walk in carrying different loads mentally. So come ready for an encounter. And most of all, come expectant for God to move in your life.

This will be the first service of the weekend, and our goal is to create an experience for you to simply encounter God.

What if I have a student (7th-12th grade)?

Great question! Students will start by gathering with everyone to worship with the entire congregation, but will then break off into student ‘crews’ (small groups) during the message. These will replace the Wednesday night student gatherings.

Will there be kids' ministry?

Yes! Heroes Gateway will be open and available for kids, birth through sixth grade.

Will the cafe be open?

Yes! The cafe will be open and serving its full menu of items.

We are working on some possible meal options for pre-order, and we’ll update everyone through our weekly newsletter.
